About Bone Palace
Hidden in the middle of Berlin is a safe house called “The Nest;” it's a refuge for those who must not be found. For a long time, it was also a safe haven for the people who run it: former Federal Intelligence Service (BND) agents Simon (Felix Kramer) and Meret (Susanne Wolff)—until their past catches up with them. Now, not only is their hideaway exposed, but their lives and that of their daughter are also in danger.
Filming for the new Netflix thriller Bone Palace (working title) has begun in Berlin. In addition to lead actors Susanne Wolff and Felix Kramer, the Gaumont-produced series also stars Samuel Finzi, Natalia Belitski, Andreas Pietschmann, Maja Bons, Genija Rykova, Henry Hübchen, Seyneb Saleh, Laurence Rupp, Sina Martens, Anand Batbileg Chuluunbaatar and Aaron Altaras. Directed by Lennart Ruff and Philipp Leinemann, with scripts by creator and lead writer Paul Coates and writers Kim Zimmermann and Alexander Seibt, with Andreas Bareiss and Sabine de Mardt as executive producers, the team will shoot the six episodes of the series in Berlin over the coming months.
Hidden in the middle of Berlin, ex-spies Simon and Meret run the safe house called “The Nest.” When a threat they thought was eliminated catches up with them again, they suddenly have to hide from hit men, Russian agents, the Federal Intelligence Service (BND), ex-lovers and a lot of people they have wronged—and try to keep their marriage intact at the same time.
