A bank attorney decides to do away with the bank's executive manager. So, with the help of an accomplice, the attorney rents a yacht. However a certain Marianne, who has married the banker, warns the police of his disappearance. Police detective Barnal, in charge of the investigation, uncovers the attorney's plot. Everyone is arrested, except for Marianne who is in fact detective Barnal!
