All during Jeanne and Marc's eight years of marriage, Marc has been unfaithful. Jeanne leaves him for Antoine, a safe athletic executive in his fifties. In the meantime, Marc has met Samantha, an intelligent high-class call girl. The two couples set up house together. They lead a happy life until a misunderstanding tips the scales and breaks up the odd arrangement.
