A man is sentenced to twenty years of hard labor for having murdered his partner who told him his wife was unfaithful. The man escapes to find his wife and murder her, too. He stalks her only to discover that the accusations were false and that he is the father of a little girl who thinks he is dead. Not wanting to disrupt their lives, he leaves never to return.
